Young drivers are asking their parents to teach them how to drive

According to a car insurance comparison site a survey has revealed that young drivers are asking their parents to teach them how to drive rather than paying for expensive driving lessons.

But, just over fifteen per cent who had been taught by a family member admitted it was not a nice experience. Family members or tutors must make sure that they have an adequate car insurance policy.

Around 10 per cent of individuals who are learner drivers are being taught by amateur instructors the survey revealed.

Also make sure that the trainee driver is covered and must have their name on the insurance policy just incase of any accidents so they’ll be covered.
