Travel Insurance specialist warns holidaymakers of airline failure
The Travel Insurance specialist the AA is asking holidaymakers to be very careful when they book their next holiday aboard because around 50 travel companies have gone under over the last year.
Most holidaymakers may not be protected against the collapse of an airline, because this cover usually comes from the Air Travel Organisers Licence.
However, if you where to buy holiday insurance from the AA, their policy would protect you from an airline going bust. So if you where left stranded in another country because of such a failure this insurance would get you home with out any additional cost to yourself.
Travel insurance could save you a lot of money in the long run.
